I think the cheesecloth fabric will be perfect for summer! It will keep your little one cool since it is such a lightweight fabric.

I love it in the Aline design but I have just made one in the Sundress design as an order and I must say I do like how it has turned out...

Been busy, busy trialling new styles that I have been wanting to do.

Here is another one that I really like. This one will probably work best in summer if using as a dress but will look great layered if using as a top with jeans in the cooler temperatures.

This is such a versatile design. Again I have opted for straps so it can be easily adjusted to fit.

These ones below were ordered to be worn as tops for 3 & 4 year olds. Although, they could be used as dresses by younger ones! I have added a contrasting ruffle for one and a plain band on the others at the bottom which I think just gives it that bit extra.

The 'tennis' dress

This is another one for summer. It reminded me of a tennis dress. I have done a version with a collar and one without.

This is a pretty A-line dress with a round yoke and small pleats at the front. This can be made in denim or corduroy in cooler weather or in light cotton in summer.

This dress can be ordered in size 1 to 6.

Now that my little lady is walking, bring on the dresses!

These are an A-line design that button at the shoulders. Great for summer or winter. This beautiful brown one Ada is wearing below was designed to wear with tights for winter.

This style is available in size 1 to 6.

This dress was made with cheesecloth fabric. It is a lovely summer dress. And when Ada is not wearing it to the beach I have the perfect accessory, a gorgeous fabric belt (this was given to me by a very talented friend who made it). It makes it the perfect party dress!

This is an order for a girlfriend's daughter, I love the dusty pink!

This will make a great everyday dress or again with an accessory like this simple fabric belt it can be transformed into a perfect party dress.

I have started making more of the playsuits for my little girl. I love these on her!

With these I decided to add elastic to the legs.They look adorable.

As you can see they are not just a summer item. They look just as good layered!

Now for something practical and comfortable but still looking stylish.
I love one pieces.

I have been looking for awhile for an overall style that is unisex. Having just had the arrival of my nephew I wanted to find a style that I could use for both him and Ada. With summer coming these will be great to keep them cool.

These are available in sizes Extra Small (fit 1-3 months), Small (fit 6-9 months), Medium (fit 12 months) and Large (fit 18 months).Note- Available in various different fabrics and colours.

I absolutely love the way these have turned out. After making Ada's I couldn't wait to do one for my nephew.

HALTER NECK DESIGN

This halter neck dress is another great summer design.

I have also seen this worn with a long sleeve top and it does look great too. So I guess with a little imagination this can be used all year round!

Classic long dresses have always been one of my favourites. Recently I was asked to do a flower girl dress which found me these two gems!

I have made up two different dresses which I am calling the "party" dress range.

Basically the bodice (top) of each dress is the same,it is the skirt that has the variation. One dress has a skirt with pleats whereas, the other has a gathered waist.

SWING COAT

I have been wanting to do a coat for Ada for awhile. Finally done and it is perfect on her!

I used cotton for the outer and inside. This cute coat is fully lined. You can see the lining on the sleeves where I have folded them for her. I am always having to fold the sleeves on my kids clothes so I made sure I used a great contrasting fabric to add to the look!

VINTAGE CROSS OVER PINAFORES

This is a popular classic design. I have always loved this style so was glad to find a pattern that I could use. Looking forward to mixing and matching some of my cotton fabrics for my summer range.

This pinafore is designed to be worn on it's own with leggings or as a top over jeans, skirts or shorts.

A-line Dress Range

I always try to have some real funky designs to choose from.

For the dresses I am using a combination of corduroy, denim and 100% cotton.

The a-line design makes them really versatile. They can be layered or worn on their own. The straps ensure that as your little one grows they can still enjoy these for just that bit longer. They look great as tops over jeans/ skirts as they shorten so they won't be wasted!

They come in 5 sizes

Extra small - fits 9 to 18 months
Small - fits 1 to 2 year old
Medium - fits 2 to 3 year old
Large - fits 3 to 4 year old
Extra Large - fits 4 to 5 year old

I love this style, very vintage. My beautiful niece looks adorable in hers. These are perfect with a pair of jeans.

PLEATED SKIRTS

I wanted to make some pleated skirts for this summer.

I trialled one on Ada and she looks absolutely divine. Next, one for my niece!

These can be made in sizes 6 months to 6 years.

There are two pleats in the front and two on the back.

I have made the waist elastic but only on the back.

These are short skirts so will sit above the knee.

Finally, I have managed to make a start on my new skirt range.
With an elastic waist, these have all the comfort of the pants I was doing during winter.

PANTS RANGE (Boys and Girls)

I am really happy with this range. These pants have helped me tremendously while toilet training my son.

The elastic waist make them easy to put on and take off, without the fuss of zips and buttons.
They have the same comfort as tracksuit pants but with funky designs!

THREE QUARTER RANGE

Now that summer is coming I have started doing three quarter pants for boys. I have some great cotton fabrics. Check out my little man in his!

During my 2nd pregnancy sitting at my sewing machine became such a task. So what was I to do? Well, I found that making softies which involved alot more hand sewing was much easier to achieve so my new hobby was born. I trialled quite a few different ones and these I must say are my favourites.

FULLY LINED PLEATED TOPS

For winter I wanted to find some pretty tops that I could layer and use with tights or jeans. I haven't been able to find anything that I really like so I decided to try something out myself! I have just finished doing some gorgeous fully lined pleated tops. They come with buttons on the back so can be put on easily on my wiggly one year old. They are an A-line design which looks devine on Ada. I have found this is definitely her style.
